Forms of accepted payment for first time clients are Cash, Zelle or Credit/Debit. Returning clients may utilize checks.

We offer a 4% discount for true cash payment (Cash or Zelle.) Prices listed are NON discounted rates. If you have concerns or need an estimate prior to scheduling an appointment- Please email info@healingtrailsholisticvet.com

    Base fee of $94 and may increase pending milage/drive time. We will need your address to confirm if additional travel fees apply

  • Package payment is upfront

    NOTE- Laser acupuncture is the SAME cost as an acupuncture session-our doctor will use the acupuncture probe on the laser to stimulate acupuncture points without needles

    Single session (paid per visit) — $26

    3 sessions — $62

    5 sessions — $99

  • $45 when added to new patient exam (first time treatment ONLY)

    Follow-up acupuncture — $151

  • $45 when added to initial exam (first time treatment ONLY)

    Follow up Spinal Adjustments— $104 (this is brief if other treatments or consult involved additional fees apply per doctor’s discretion

  • Guaranteed home pick up by Serene Waters for any in home euthanasia and services provided in office can be directly transferred to Serene Waters for aftercare as well.

    In Home Euthanasia-$416 Includes travel fee and euthanasia. Additional fees for travel will depend on milage. Please provide your address in your inquiry.

    Private Office Euthanasia Fee- $275

    ***An additional $156 fee is applied to euthanasia requested on non services days OR after hours whether this be in office or in home***

Policies

If you would like an appointment- please fill out a submission form and review and acknowledge you have read the pricing and policies pages. I am not able to provide medical consultation without seeing your pet. Please do not ask. If your animal has a condition you feel I may or may not be able to help with- please describe in the submission form and I will decline or refer you to the appropriate provider if I feel I am unable to help. Due to the nature of mobile practice- phone calls to discuss a potential appointment may be difficult so a quick text can also be helpful as I am frequently with patients. I do my best to be prompt!

Payment is due at TIME OF SERVICE. If you have concerns or questions about pricing, an estimate can be provided. There is an EXAM and TRAVEL fee PER VISIT. This is non-negotiable. Exam fees are built in for some treatments ie acupuncture and spinal manipulation follow ups.

Though Social Media is fun, appointment inquiries or medical questions will not be answered on any platforms. Please contact me through the submission form for services. If you are interested in my services- please contact me in written form. Please attach a copy of all records and photos that may be applicable.

I have a zero tolerance policy for online or personal harassment/bullying. Our veterinary client relation will be ended immediately and a copy of your records sent. 

Though texting is convenient- I would prefer you contact me with concerns or follow up communications via email and try to contain to a single email. Email threads in excess or requests for phone calls in excess of 5 minutes will require a consult fee to be obtained via Zelle prior to further follow up or scheduled phone call. This will be at my discretion based on the complexity of the follow up concerns.
